Terms of Service & Acceptable Use

1. Infrastructure Access

By connecting to the MediaCheckout API or utilizing our digital fulfillment network, you agree to these enterprise terms. Our routing systems are strictly for B2B transactional delivery.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Our network must not be utilized for malicious activity, unauthorized network probing, or illegal data transmission. Clients must maintain secure endpoints. Any detection of abusive API calls will result in an immediate, automated hard-ban of your API keys.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee sub-second HTTP routing to our SMTP partners. However, we are not liable for endpoint delivery failures caused by receiving mail servers (e.g., Office365, Gmail) implementing localized blocks or greylisting.

4. Compliance & DMCA

MediaCheckout provides raw data routing. We do not host the end-user content traversing our nodes. If you suspect an API endpoint is violating international compliance laws, please report the specific IP and timestamp to legal@mediacheckout.net.
